Tianma Motors made the Temba ( テンバ号 ) which they advertised as being a 2 wheeled truck. It had a 210cc ohv 4 stroke engine and a large carrier rack on the rear for tieing things on to, although I'm not sure a 45 gallon drum would have stayed on the bike very long.
