Very little data on this make as I've only found the one advertisement, along with a single mention of it on a site giving a history of tricyle machines (see this link). They offered machines under the Welby (ウエルビー号) brand. It had a 670cc engine and came in two versions: a shaft drive with rear differential, and a chain drive.
