Ishii Motor Co., Ltd., 1957 ?
( 株 )石井自動車
I find this a bit odd, but the text shows that in 1957 the Ishii Motor planned to offer a new version of the Moto Devil (デビル号) using an engine made by a company called Keihin Seiki (京浜精機製). I'm not sure this is the same Keihin that now makes carburettors, although it is possible as the Keihin group is a very large conglomerate founded in 1956. And I'm not sure if this is a continuation of production from Koei Automotive (see this page) due to a change in ownership or what exactly.
I've included the text, and perhaps someone with a better grasp of Japanese can shed more lighht.
