English language information about early Japanese motorcycle manufacturers is difficult to find, however Terakawa Pump is listed in the Japanese language wikipedia site, as well as being mentioned briefly on a site called the 'History Research Institute of Ninohe". Evidently they made a bicycle frame and fitted an imported European engine (possibly a Triumph engine ?) to it. I have no additional data at this time.
