Very little information available about this company, but it was another of the many in the Hamamatsu region of Japan - so in the Honda and Suzuki manufacturing neighbourhood. In business from 1952 through 1958. The model they produced was the 'Spark' ( スパーク ) which is shown here as a plunger framed, 240cc 4 stroke.
Mike Walker just sent me some scans from the Japanese Autoby magazine - the June 1955 and the January 1956 issues. They show a very smart looking 250cc v-twin and a 250cc single.
